Not that I don't love the Beatles, but what does the complexity of a sound map prove? A child playing with pots and pans can make a complex-looking sound map. Also, you've mapped one of the least complex of Beethoven's works - try the final movement of the ninth symphony. Most of Beethoven's music is built from three or four note ideas, which is quite simplistic. However, what he does with the stuff is significantly more complex than anything in modern pop music (or in Beethoven's contemporary pop music). The reality is that they are two entirely different styles that really have nothing to do with each other - though it could be argued that the Beatles wouldn't sound like they do if Beethoven didn't do what he did 150 years earlier.
