Does your contract end on a set date regardless of whether the house is sold? Did you get on well with the landlord? I’m forseeing comedy potential in showing buyers round the house, "yes, and the sound of the bone saw from downstairs rarely bothers us, especially as the garden is so well kept…"

the estate agents who we let our flat from have just put it on the market for a cool £180k - which means there’ll be a bunch of people (although not many at that price) looking around it soon. i hope the smell doesn’t put them off too much…
