		<description>I think that sounds pretty good, a bit like the Surly warranty details ("stuff wears out through use") - I have to deal with warranty claims more or less every day and there are a surprising amount of people who think that because they've spent √É‚Äö√Ç¬£xxx on a piece of kit, it should therefore be immune from eventual wear / needing lubrication / needing cleaning / punctures / theft etc. so any of those things must be covered under warranty...

		<description>Not Merrells are they? all it said on the box when I bought mine was "wear them out" . Pun aside, I took it as a bit of challenge but so far have failed. They could do with new insoles though, the current ones have a slight aroma to them...</description>
