I think it’s rather good actually.
I mean, it’s much better than the N64.2, the PS3, the XBox360, or any other GamesConsole(last release + 1).
Apart from the obvious wee-wee jokes, I think it’s a funny, playful name, sufficiently bordering on the downright silly. And it’s much better than “Revolution”, which really would require a huge jump in games console technology to live up to its name…

Perhaps, once we all drag ourselves out of the gutter. I do like the logo - the way they use it in the little flash animation on the wii homepage is very good.
Ah, no, see - ‘Revolution’ was meant to refer to the thing as a whole - innovative games that target a wider market (ie. not only 13 year old boys) and that krazee input device, not how many polygons the hardware could push.
