World Cup masks

Is anyone else mildly perturbed by this?

I have a mental image of gangs of kids running around with identical Wayne Roooooooney masks on, menacing old ladies and stealing hubcaps.

Then again, it might be quite fun to cycle to work with one on. And perhaps menace rollerbladers.

Ha, I like the Ronaldinho mask, it’s positively terrifying.

Do you think if I wear the Peter Crouch mask I might actually become a bit taller?

  2. Alex Says:

Like in that Zelda game - Majora’s Mask or something? That would be ace. Without all the freaky screaming though.

  3. Alex Says:

Actually thinking about it, it would be a bit odd. Probably best if it didn’t make you quite that lanky.

Why not just continue the whole learning to walk in heels thing instead?

  4. ktm Says:

I’ve mastered the one centimeter heel at work. I shall continue to work on it….

  5. Cat Says:

That’s progress- that makes you how tall?

Cross over to the darkside and buy the 3 inch heels…..you know you want to….

  6. ktm Says:

5′4″. I’ve got some 3″ heels, just can’t walk in them! Remember me standing on the sides of my ankles at a certain somebody’s special day…

  7. Alex Says:

That was fucked up and no mistake.

  8. Pierre Says:

second that - those of us more sober than yow were slightly perturbed.

I like the token “we’ve got cricket masks too…” gesture at the end of the article.

    : P

  9. cat Says:

    What about wedges?

  10. Teg Says:

now, you see, I was going to suggest an alternative use for the Henry mask…

…but then I looked at it. Definitely lacking in va-va-voom.
