Granted at one point the documentation (or lack thereof) was shockingly bad, but nowadays &lt;a href="http://www.prototypejs.org/api" rel="nofollow"&gt;we are spoilt&lt;/a&gt;.

I'm not sure why you have a problem with the implementation as it's a library like any other - code to the API and forget about it.  When it doesn't work as expected, &lt;a href="http://prototype.lighthouseapp.com/dashboard" rel="nofollow"&gt;file a bug&lt;/a&gt;.

As for the code, again I'm not sure what you mean. Could the problem you have be that it doesn't look like Java?</description>

got made redundant more than once. became a bus driver and suffered 3 years of it. i was spat at, had piss thrown at me from a coke bottle, was stabbed by a looney with a needle, put up with verbal abuse on a daily basis. all for trying to do my job. you hate bus drivers, i hate the public !!</description>
